Clean common areas.
The shuttle wait was unbearable, taking over an hour. We watched other hotels' shuttles make multiple trips while we stood freezing outside. To top it off, the room had a roach in the bathroom and was missing basic toiletries. It's hard to enjoy a stay when such cleanliness issues arise.
